- A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for ALL weekends (Friday , Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
- Children below the age of 6 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
- Children between 6-12 years of age need to pay for 50% breakfast and AP supplement and stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed.
- Provision for an extra bed is available only in the Lagoon Suite.
- Extra Adult charges will be 50% of the room charges and the AP supplement would be Rs 1200 per day.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of non-refundable 100% payment within 3 working days of the booking.
- Rates are valid for Indian nationals.
- Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
