Located north of Mumbai, Manori draws its importance from the picturesque beach that lines it. One of the most upcoming retreats from Mumbai, the palm-fringed beach front is busy with picnickers and families taking a break from daily life. • Esselworld & Water Kingdom: Accessible by ferry rides from Manori, these amusements parks are defined by joy-rides, games, water-rides and great eating options. The parks are open throughout the year, except during monsoons and are perfect for spending a fun-filled time with your family.

There are obviously no standalone restaurants here, so you’d either be required to pack your meals from Mumbai or rely on the restaurants within the few hotels here. Palm Beach Resort serves buffet meals at fixed hours. Another popular hotel, Manoribel, has a multi-cuisine restaurant Toddy Tapper. The specialty of the restaurant is East Indian and tandoori cuisine, served as buffet or a-la-carte style.
