Download the claim form and submit it to us at lowestpriceguarantee@travelguru.com before 23:00 hours on the day of your booking on www.travelguru.com		All lowest price guaranteed claims will be verified within 4 working days upon receipt		You shall receive your eVoucher within ten (10) working days after we verify and notify you on your successful claim.
				The eVoucher will be sent to your email address used to make the hotel booking with www.travelguru.com .
