Shimla, the erstwhile summer capital of the British is blessed with green pastures, snow-capped peaks and colonial structures. Located close to Kasauli, Prawanoo is made of terraced gardens, spectacular views of the Himalayan range and exciting cable car rides.
Itinerary (Kasauli - Shimla - Parwanoo)
Day 1: Delhi – Kasauli
On arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station, transfer by road to Kasauli (325 kms/8 hrs),A charming hill station with lots of 'old world' charm. On arrival, check into hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Kasauli.
Day 2: Kasauli
In the morning, visit the highest point in Kasauli called Monkey point. Later, visit Dharampur just 15-km from Kasauli on the National Highway Dharampur is situated. Amidst the healthy air of the fragrant pines and visit Sabathu a little cantonment town that has a Gurkha fort built in the early years of the 19th century, situated at an altitude of 1,437m.Stay overnight in Kasauli.
Day 3: Kasauli – Shimla
In the morning, drive to shimla 25 kms from kasauli. On arrival, check into hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Shimla.
Day 4: Shimla – Nalendra - Shimla
In the morning, visit Nalendra, 45 minutes drive from Shimla,Blessed with some of the most spectacular and beautiful landscapes anywhere, it is a travellers paradise -lofty snow peaks, deep gorges, lush green valleys, fast flowing rivers, enchanting mountain lakes, flower bedecked meadows, beautiful temples and monasteries steeped in time. Stay overnight in Shimla.
Day 5: Shimla – Parwanoo
In the morning, drive to parwano 110 kms from Parwanoo.On arrival, check into hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Parwanoo.
Day 6: Parwanoo - Delhi
After breakfast, transfer to Delhi for onward travel .
