Stay Away they are Thugs Stay Away they are Thugs

We normally stay at Fortune Landmark it was soldout & every other hotels were sold out due to PlastIndia expo. I booked this "Palak homestay" for one of our manager through goibibo. one week before the schedule, we called the owner & he blantly rejected saying there is no such reservation. We called the travel website & they again confirmed that the reservation is confirmed. We received call from the owner saying that the reservation is cancelled since they haven't received the payment from the travel website. The travel website again confirms that they have sent the payment & it is confirmed. Both the travel website & the Mukesh bai were playing. After some time the executive from the travel website call & informs that the reservation is cancelled because of untold reason. They told that they will help us find alternative hotel. They couldn't find one & refunded the payment. We had to cancel the flight ticket too without any refund, since we didn't want out manager to stranded in the street because of these thugs. Please stay away.
