This place is falsely listed as being in New Delhi on booking.com. It is even on Maps.Me as being located in South Delhi. Be careful when making a reservation through Booking.com because OYO have falsely advertised this property and need to address this problem

Stay here if you are on a tight budget. For the money you spent it's worth every Penny. Food is a disappointed but considering the harm to your pocket it's worth it. It's good for business travellers who are not very fussy about a night stay or two.

This is not a hotel but a above average service apartment. Rooms are big, clean and the place is located in a calm, serene locality. Staff there is wonderful, especially Saurabh who would go to lengths to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely love to visit them back.

We took a few rooms for accommodating our family members during a marriage in the family. The Manager agreed a concessional tariff as we took more number of rooms. Subsequently, the Manager was not accessible and the owner started misbehaving with us and disputing the tariff agreed upon. The trust factor was totally missing in the owner whereas the Manager was more eager to give the rooms at a concessional tariff. Instead of cross checking with the Manager (Later we learnt that he had left the job), the said to be the owner was indecent in his talk and never gave respect to a customer. Attitudes matter most in hospitality business.
