The hotel staff won't respond to you even if you complaint multiple times. When I stayed here hot water didn't come in my room, I complained to the receptionist multiple times but they didn't respond during my stay of 2days. Won't suggest this to anyone. Though the room looks good without proper service no one can prefer this hotel.

I stayed here on 22nd Jan 2016. Won`t be writing much stuff as i was there for an overnight stay. They have got decent staff who will try and help you as much possible, room was clean and comforting. Thanks

The rooms are very classy and neat, but there is no hospitality to the customers. They won't resolve your complaints. I've stayed two nights in two different rooms, in both of the rooms hot water facility was not working. I've given many calls to the reception and no resolution. I suggest this hotel only if you can adjust with normal water.
