i have NOT stayed here, but wont think i will because of their booking policy. Came across this property on booking.com and it was on top my list of apartments to stay during my visit to B'lore in Sept, it checked all my boxes. Booked in on booking.com and had high hopes, later I found it was cheaper to book through makemytrip.com which i did. There were some clarifications I wanted about the booking and I was informed that the hotel would confirm my booking only 2 wks in advance?! That is totally absurd, how can they show availability on an external website and let people book the rooms if the actual confirmation would only be given 2 wks in advance. It seems they are only targeting corporates for long leases. Well then they should modify their booking availability on external sites and not let people book more than 2 wks in advance and put their travel plans at risk!!! No wonder this place has place has only 2 reviews on booking.com in spite of being around for a couple of years.

I stayed in the apartment for a month of august. The service is really nice and place is clean. As the owner is staying in the same place, it is easy to compain and get it solved in case of any minor issues .

We (6 team members) traveled to Bangalore for training & we had a second opinion whether to go with this place or to stay in a hotel. I suppose we took a best decision. It's really nice property. We had privacy & we had separate internet connection for each of the apartments (we took a single bed room & a double bedroom apartment). I will definitely recommend it :)

This is the best serviced apartment / hotel i have ever stayed. I strongly recommend this property in indiranagar which has very spacious rooms, kitchen, hall etc. They also provide 24x7 internet connection. They have well artistic rooms. Best is their team who takes of their customers. We get a feeling of coming back home after hectic day of work.. I have been staying in this property for almost 7 years and they are able to maintain the service from the day one..
