Great location, easy to get to by road. The staff were absolutely wonderful but the resort is extremely under staffed, especially in the service area. The food was good, but there are zero local menu options and many items were served cold. The staff are dominantly from Kerala and the chef is from there too, so Kerala food is the best thing to order. They setup a campfire in the evening which was good. Danny and Chef Robin did their best though. The rooms were sufficient and clean, but lacked some basics (for the price they were charging), such as moisturiser, coffee maker/kettle in the room, good quality toiletries. There was no hot water for most of the day and the best we got was lukewarm water after letting the tap run for around 5 minutes. The absence of a coffee/tea amenity was sorely missed as the only way to get a coffee was to go the restaurant and that's not too convenient in the cold or when you wake up. Moreover, there was no room service either. They could not even chill the beers we carried for us. Nor were they able to serve us ice when we wanted it. Ironically, when we ordered coffee, we were served Bru!! Guys, this is Coorg!! Serve the real thing (which we checked was not available, though they're location smack in the middle of a 100 acre coffee estate!) Some small tweaks and attention to detail and customer orientation will take you guys up to a new level.

We were 4 adults in an unfavourable situation.. it was 2pm.. We did not have food, and were far off from town.. Called Misty Woods Resort as we were very close to their property.. And guess what - they served us an amazing meal.. We were the only four adults in their restaurant.. Yet, the chef, waiter and hotel manager served us with full sincerity.. This deserves 5 stars

We visited this resort in month of Dec 2020 for the Christmas-new year break with family. We were 9 member family with 4 kids . We stayed in resort for 2 nights and 3 days and enjoyed our stay very well. Specially after the pandemic lockdown and all, the natural ambience of the resort and the greenery was a great stress-reliever and very welcoming. Kids enjoyed the nature trails inside the resort very much. The visit to waterfalls inside the resort premises itself was a cherry on top for us. The service offered by the Resort was also very good. The rooms were well maintained though daily cleaning service could be done on request. The Resort has a multi-cuisine restaurant too which offers kid friendly food too. Overall, we had a real pleasant stay with support of the polite staff and manager Danny who was extremely attentive to our requests. Please keep up your great services and hoping to spend more vacations here in future.

We visited this place during Nov 2020.amazing place to stay.cottages are clean and well maintained.they sanitize all our luggages and all covid19 precautionary has been taken. staffs are very helpful and friendly.food is awesome. They customize the menu for us.had a peaceful vacation over there.value for money.will recommend to others.

We stayed there in the month of February with my family trip. Hotel was awesome rooms were clean hotel food was delicious we really enjoyed our trip to hotel mistywood.wish you all the best will come back again Winson.
