Property is well maintained neat and clean, located at the main road near Kachaheri. Some of the reviews read who mentioned worst property but I don't think property deserve a worst experience. Property is one of best with a nice and polite host who's very cooperative. One of the peaceful and good experience I had here.

A very good experience to stay here with my colleagues. Cozy place. On road. Real heritage place of owner. Built during 1948. Renovated with latest modern touch. Easily accommodate 6 adults with full possession. Attached levoletories. All essential kitchen utensils. Refrigerator as well.

This oyo cottage is not at the exact same place as mentioned on the map, go through my photos for exact location as this cottage is behind a house( blue gate cottage) Shareing my experience,the place is awesome with well maintained rooms with full privacy, its 2BHK ,the washroom are good with attached bathroom.it is comfortable and worth to stay.
