The best place.

I really loved the ambiance of the hotel. The accommodation in bean me up was worth the money they have charged. Though the stay was basic with shared bathroom. The bathrooms and toilets were clean and didnt created any problem to us. Im satisfied with their accommodation. Let me come to the highlight of this hotel which is their amazing vegan food. They serve this amazing Vegan Breakfast if you are staying here. Me being a non vegetarian loved the vegan food. If you are going to Goa. Do not miss this place. WORTH THE MONEY.
Great food, not so great accommodation

Booked this guest house online going by the images on the website. Very misleading, the rooms look bright and colourful online... they are not, they are very dark and dull. We arrived late at night (11pm), and were shown quickly to our room. The next morning around 8am I asked for towels to shower but I was told to come back at 11am for them, I was going out before that time, and because the room was so hot I was pretty desperate for a shower.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, we ended up trying everything on the breakfast menu over the 3 days we stayed and it was all delicious.
Over the 3 days we stayed we asked the lady at reception for a couple of favours, one was to help us book a table for a restaurant, and the other to hire a scooter. She is very reluctant to help with anything, making out it's a hassle. She didn't book our table in the end. Twice she knocked on our door asking if we were checking out, we booked online for 3 nights so I don't know why she didn't know this, also we had paid in advance. When we paid our accommodation on the first day, she asked us for double the amount, so we corrected her. Then, we paid our tab at the end of our stay, and the bill was incorrect. She had added 2 coffees to our bill (we don't drink coffee), so we told her, she said 'oh one of those coffees was for me, and the other for you', we are still confused why she tried to make us pay for 2 coffees.
The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned for the whole duration, rubbish on the windowsill, ants EVERYWHERE, and it was pretty dirty.
I would definitely recommend going there for a meal, the setting in the courtyard is really nice, and the waiting staff are very friendly too. If only they put as much effort into the rooms as they do the restaurant!
Basic Accommodation

I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights before moving south. I chose Bean Me Up because being a vegan I wanted to taste their food and breakfast was included.
The accommodation was basic, with a very noisy fan. The window to the room opens onto a public corridor so there's the issue of privacy and the room was dark.
So I moved out the next day. Since it was non-refundable, I requested them to include the equivalent of breakfast from the restaurant which Rosie very obligingly did.
For the budget conscious traveller who does not want to spend time in the room this might be an option to consider, especially if you want to eat delicious vegan food.
The amenities are basic and old. Dark room

Dark and old room, no AC.
The amenities are basic and old. The photo of the publication is false, the rooms do not look at all to the post, it has only a tiny window and is quite depressing.
The beach is about 4 km away and does not "face the sea" as it says on this website.
On the other hand, the restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is very good and the dishes are delicious and abundant.
