Worst hotel.Never book Worst hotel.Never book

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. It is close to candolim beach and very near to baga where all the famous pubs are located The food is terrible and expensive. They will provide 1lt water bottle per room only on the arrival date irrespective of the duration of the stay even though it is complementary. Bedsheets are very dirty and no ventilation in washroom. Complementary breakfast will be bread butter(2 breads per person) or poha or maggi. (anyone on single day) We found ants on bread and tea, so it would be great to skip breakfast. Just choose as your last option.

It's a budget hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff is friendly but food is average. Breakfast was free but they served maggi and poha only on different days. Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis.

Totally Worth Totally Worth

Good stay, nice food, maharashtrian/panjabi also, very friendly staff, suitable for family as well. Very close to the Candolim beach. Other nice restaurants are very close so you have options available.

Dil chahta hai trip ! Dil chahta hai trip !

Visited Goa like every mans dream trip. We were 3 frenz and students that time so wanted a budget accommodation but centrally located. Came to know about this small hotel through trip advisor only with Gud reviews and good location and at food price. Called Rossetta the owner of the place and she was kind enough to confirm my bookings even without any advance. She informed telephonically only bout the price for taxi to reach the place and as requested she had arranged for a car on rent already upon reaching. The hotel is amazingly located at the dead end of the road and immediately starts the sand that hits the beach. The rooms were small but neat. Not the ideal honeymoon rooms but a resonbale bargain. Paid around 1500-1800 on triple sharing per nyt. The restraunt it has is good and the swift services offered by hotel was really amazing. Everything we wanted or we were helped quickly and all done at the best price. It's in candolim north Goa and ideal for students and friends who are looking for a roof to relax for sometime and be on the beach at no time or for people looking for long stays.

Low on amenities, High on service! Low on amenities, High on service!

Welcome to a little hotel (6-7 rooms only) that really understands customer service. The place is practically on the beach and is yet close to all the hotspots on the Candolim-Aguada main road. The rooms are neat and tidy, the bathrooms are clean, the service is fantastic and the in house restaurant serves up a really tasty fare which is some of the best food I've had in Goa! Please stay at this place if your looking for a budget hotel, its one of the best out there. And please eat at the in house restaurant it might be the best you'll get in Goa!

Demo Trip Pick a one with a balcony, the views aren't perfect, but its somewhere to dry your "smalls"

Demo Trip If you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the restaurant. Firstly we got a room just above restaurant and woke up with music playing there in the morning, later we changed the room to one on the other side and it was fantastic :)

Demo Trip Balcony room that we took 203, is a good one if you wanna laze out in the resort, however, if you are looking only for stay ground floor non balcony rooms are also v good. The room size is bigger in the ground floor. We had 101 non balcony room for our stay.
