Its a budget place situated at candolim area. Being budget please don't expect anything much from the place, however staff was not that good which it should be. Rooms were also not well maintained. I wont like to stay here again. Hope they improve somewhat.

Upon arrival at the Goa Airport near midnight,we were told by our local agent that our booking at All Seasons Boutique Cando Lim was cancelled at the last moment by the hotel. We were detoured to a rundown homestay known as Flowers Hotel (arrrgh!!!) which is located behind Cynett Celestial Hotel. Due to the horrible conditions we chose to move on to another nearby hotel (also known as) All Seasons Resort Hotel. As the place was full the concierge by the name of William was kind enough to find us a room at Cynett Celestial Hotel. We stayed here for the duration of our visit to Goa. Throughly enjoyable hospitable n comfortable stay here! Teh 22Dec 2015.

WORST PLACE WORST PLACE

Oh my goodness,this stupid All Seasons Boutique Resort Candolim Goa,still on your page,and i had time writing a complaint and a review for almost a month,i don't even know what i have to call this place as and guys im serious,dont even think of going to this filthy place,we have a had a nightmare and the booking was made on 1ST October till 3rd October for a deluxe room double (NH210649783550),for 2 rooms we reached the hotel at 1pm and we wait at that place which is so dirty and the pictures posted here doesn't even look the same when arrived,i missed taking the pictures and we find a person at the reception and tells us to wait and we waited almost for an hour and we still haven't got our rooms and my friend had to raise her tone since we didnt get our rooms and we asked for a manager to talk to and he says Anshoo Saxena is not in town (who is a cheapster i wonder how hes running this place who doesnt know even know how to treat his clients) and receptionist says they are arranging for the room and to wait and he says we have to meet another person who apparently seems to manage the place and he is on his way here and we wait again for half hour and we had to yell at the receptionist and then he calls his manager who asked him to show rooms adjacent to this hotel called Prazeres Resort who claims it is his resort and we go there and there's a fight again with the manager here and the manager at Prazares and we had to watch them fight though not our mistake and since we realised its not going anywhere we finally had to call make my trip around 3pm to raise a complaint,we raise our issue and they check with the owner and put a conference call with Anshoo who abused us though no fault of ours and supervisor of make my trip didn't say a word and i had to tell make my trip why do we have to hear all this and you sort out with hotel guy and makemytrip doesn't even trust us when we told we were at the resort lobby without a room and listens to Anshoo and i had to tell him that i can put you across to Prazares manager if you are doubtful and i had to do it put him across to the manager of Prazeres who speaks to makemytrip who was patient enough to see and handle all that was happening with us who supported and took care of us which was the duty of All Seasons, after a series of calls with make mytrip and finally make my trip give us a double room,Initially at Prazares he gives us a standard room only for 1 day and we insisted make my trip we get our rooms for 2 days and the same scenario doesnt happen next day and its a double room,all this was sorted only by 7pm and we lost our whole day because of makemy trip and our holiday which was for 4 days and we booked our 2 days through makemytrip and made full payment thinking it will be guaranteed.Guys be careful if booking through makemytrip its not guaranteed,they need to check the hotel services and pictures before they post on the site and I wonder after we went through so much of issues theses guys still Have this place on their page,WAKEUP makemy trip!don't you guys bother about customer service and customer satisfaction,horrible experience,we were 4 women and we were treated so badly by AllSeasons and Makemytrip,a big NO if you guys booking a place through make my trip.WATCHOUT!

Swimming pool empty always. no hot water for bathing. ac not working properly. fridge not working. useless entry. full of heavy big insects all day. bad food. no hospitility at all. un supported manager. staff not there to do service. Big laggauge robbry problem.
