Not a bad hotel, purely for the night, it is better to take rooms on the upper floors, and that the Windows faced the courtyard, we were settled in the first room, but there was no water, and asked for another, we changed without problems, there was a kitchenette bedroom and a small hallway shower, refrigerator TV. There are two ways to get to the beach: through the market, the Central descent to the beach, and the second is a path through small streets. The hotel itself is located in a lively part, close to many evening cafes, pharmacies and shops.

Horriffic place to visit.Better not to choose if u are an indian.they show discrimination towards indians.Different pool facilities for foreigners and indians. The reason they say is that indians doesnt know pool manners and they tend to peeee inside the pool.i dont understand what they were trying to say.I have faith in indians that they know the difference between toilet and swimming pool.we questioned it and the management played a dirty game telling that Some items were missing and delayed our checkout. I feel sorry to put a review like this but they forced me to do this...

We had a wonderful stay at this resort with where we had planned during the off-season at this place to make ourselves isolate from our busy and hustle life schedule firstly. Even though it was an off-season we had really enjoyed the place of stay with it's green ambience surrounded, with occasional rain, amazing food also. Since our room had it's own kitchen, we had brought few freshly caught fishes from the backwaters, we enjoyed the real authentic Goan food that we prepared. This resort is situated in a place which is a main area in the town with two of the main beaches located within 10kms of distance where you can commute with rented bikes or cars within Goa. A special shout-out to two of the people Alok who was the manager over there and Sanjay who was the housekeeper, were very helpful and good in managing things in the resort and they took a very good care of our needs. The overall quality, the maintenance, attending the needs of the visitors who stay in their resort are some of the reasons one can revisit this place again and again to have a very comfortable stay. Last but not the least I cannot leave this review without mentioning about Komal whom we we're coordinating with from the first till the end of our trip. She has a special mention in the way she treates her guests to her resort with utmost responsibility throughout our stay in the resort catering to our needs Everytime. Definitely this place is worth staying to enjoy and to take away a very good memory with you when leaving.

Only one word of advice: Stay away from this property. There are no lifts and there is no power back up. If power goes off, you are doomed. And they give you pathetic breakfast which is included in the room rent. The staff is not trained properly and you cannot expect any hospitality. Regarding the room, they have an ancient AC and fridge. You will be lucky if they work properly. The room is not even worth Rs 500.
