I have stayed here many times in my visit to Goa. This place is very nice, clean and huge rooms, decent ones. And the cost is very low. It is safe as well. Being closely located near Tito's Lane, and hence very close to all the crazy night life in goa. You just get here by 9PM , dump your luggage in the room, get ready for the club, and just walk your way to the clubs. And when you are done partying like hell, tired of all the dancing, and need to get on bed desperately, its just a few steps away from you.

Only rooms provided....nice helpful service by owners...budgeted rooms..especially for youngsters....they also have a 6 people room at d 1st floor...couple rooms at ground floor...church is outside so if u go on Friday u can hear beautiful prayers of God....no food or dinner provided only breakfast on request but on a quite expensive side so prefer going outside to eat anything...

Visited in Dec 2015. We wanted a place near Baga beach, so we can hang out on beach late. So this holiday home fits the bill. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2. Theres nothing much to offer in service here. The boys there were helpful in whatever they can.

We booked a room on the ground floor of this hotel for an overnight stay on the long May day weekend this year. Pros: The hotel is located, near Tito's lane on Baga beach. The prices are quite decent, given its location and can be haggled over. Clean rooms with AC. Simple, no-frills rooms. Cons:4 wheeler parking not available at the hotel. However there is a paid parking nearby which charges around 40 bucks for 4 hours. No discount for overnight parking. 2 wheeler parking available but has to be paid for. Part of a house, so no electricity backup. Mosquitoes could be a problem, better carry your own mosquito repellent.

We booked this hotel for our weekend stay in Baga in January.Luckily rooms was available instead of peak season.All the rooms are newly renovated and refreshing. Hot water is available for 24 hours.Washroom was very clean.It is very close to baga beach. Staff is very polite & Owner Mr.Nityanand Desai is very co-operative & best at service. Stay charges goes around Rs.1500-3000 as per season. Good place to go with family as well as friends.
