One of the best places if you wish to explore Goa on a local point of view this place is ideal to all travel needs. I am a hotelier and I can certainly tell this is one property which is worth a stay. I am definitely coming back again.

Panjim Inn's attraction lies in its beautiful heritage building that lies in the heart of Latin Quarter of Fontainhas. Once a Portugese villa, Panjim Inn sustains vintage furniture and feel, setting it apart from other3 star hotels in Goa.

I liked the quaintness of the place and the verandah restaurant was very refreshing. The staff were courteous and smiling, but avoid asking for directions from them and instead use your Google map. I also loved the verandah attached with the room.

We've spend two nights in Goa and coudn't decide where to go: north or south. So we stayed in the centre of goa. It was a good decision due to the short time we only had there. Welcome Heritage Panjim was the best place we could have stayed. They have two separate buildings (only 20 meters away from each other, so not a challenge at all) with a wonderful restaurant and a Spa part. To be honest? We haven't been treated so good in whole India like it was there. The staff is very friendly, Nilesh the person who welcomed us gave us directly the feeling that the hotel is like being part of a family. They helped us to find a wonderful beach, they recommended to us places to visit, where to go diving and also things we have to pay attention to. The hotel was very clean, but you should definitely stay longer than two nites there - we regret the fact that our stay on goa and in this hotel was two short because goa is different than the rest of India and very relaxing! :)

We stayed in an heirloom-filled room with a balcony above the art cafe. It was perfect for long hours of sipping tea and people-watching--from a quiet village waking up to the 'honk-honk' of airhorn delivery of fresh Goan bread to the glitter of late night cafes and revelers strolling home. The Panjim Inn serves a very good breakfast in a dining room of large, dark furniture, and wonderful soup for lunch on the second story veranda.
