Highly unrecommended So we had called the hotel one day prior and we were told by 11 we could check in. On reaching the hotel we are told no checkin before 1pm if so it would be chargeable. There was no complimentary breakfast neither do they provide mineral water which every hotel provides. The breakfast here is very pricy a bread omlete costed 100 with just one slice of bread. Each and every thing is chargeable and the rooms neither have tv nor AC. Don't get fooled by the price which you pay and expect AC rooms.

We stayed 8 nights and faced no problem. Good access to the No1 Dive shop in Goa Dive goa just less than 10 min walk, so great place to stay for people who plan to use there. Just in front of the gate you can rent the bike and explore the city. The beach is located just by 3 min walk, so we enjoyed taking a walk on the beach in morning and night time. We were the first Japanese guest at this hotel, for Japanese, you can feel at home and enjoy flexible service by warm family. Photos complimentary Breakfast : 2 slices bread, tea/coffee, jam, butter Way to beach

Booked for 3 days north Goa stay at PERAVEL Beach Resort, for family stay. Stay was worst that imagined. My relative stays in Goa who had come to visit us at the resort. He was not allowed, and the owner strictly refused to let him in. Later on, upon request, the lady allowed, at Rs 100/- charge per day (just a visit during the day time). Our guest had dropped in only twice during our 3 days stay, but the owner charged 300/- for all the 3 days we had booked the place. The owner/lady was very arrogant. Food was over priced, and outside food was also not allowed to be taken to the room. Highly disappointed. Would never go back or recommend anyone for stay. It is a money making place. Owner is only bothered about how to squeeze more money from the customers. Horrible !!!! Had there been an option, I would have given it a "ZERO" rating.

Booking not properly synchronized. We booked room for 8 people, and they denied saying only 2 people can be accommodated. And we had to book another hotel for remaining 2 person in mid of the night. Not at all welcomed in a good manner

From the moment i walked into the place i knew i had made a mistake by booking this accommodation. I had to pay more money about 10 than the price that was on my paper work she said this was because of the falling pound. On entry to my room i found it dirty and the decor tired. I had to call the house keeper to change the bedding as there was crap on the sheets and pillow cases, this cost me 40 rupees as the house keeper wouldn't leave till i had given her a tip. It says two minutes walk from beach.well maybe a power walker could but for us normal people its more like five. the service and attitude of the staff is very bad. I personally would not recommend staying here. When i arrived i said my partner would be joining me on my last night which she replied that will be ten pounds extra after a few words she said she could stay. well when the said day arrived my partner and myself said hello to the landlady and went to our room. in the morning all hell broke loose the owner accused me of having a guest which she knew nothing about, she locked the front gates and insisted i pay 10 for my partner staying the one night.well after a heated row i agreed to pay 500 rupees and told her straight that she is a liar and the place is a dump but she wasn't interested, all that mattered to her was that she had got some money out of me.
