Not very social Not very social

They were super nice to let un stay even if we didnt book and it was a busy period. They were relocating us to the free beds they had and we menage to sleep together all the nights. The atmosphere it was quite boring those days, the staff of the hostel wasnt involve in talking or hanging with guest. There is a kitchen ( with very few utensils) to cook your own food.

Welcoming and helpful staff Welcoming and helpful staff

My friend and I ended up staying for a week because of how comfortable we felt here! And I have to say this was mainly down to the staff, specifically Susan. She was so welcoming, informative and friendly that we immediately liked the place and felt at ease. There were so many occasions where she helped us with one thing or another and absolutely nothing was too much trouble (even her fiance was also so helpful to my friend and I). She understood how I was feeling on different days (travelling can have its ups and downs) and gave recommendations accordingly. She was also a much needed friendly smile in a totally new place. Breakfast was lovely and made to your taste if you ask, and so great to be included with the room. The communal breakfast table was a great space to get talking to other people. The dorms and bathrooms were clean (although hooks would be handy!). We stayed in the 10 bed mixed dorm and had the two 'loft' beds (not an option you can choose when booking but you'll see what we mean in the room) which had their own individual fans, which was perfect! Otherwise the dorm had ceiling fans. The AC rooms also had amazing AC! The common area was comfortable to hang out in and the notice board with upcoming events etc each day was very handy. I really enjoyed my stay here, towards the end it even started to feel like home! Thank you so much for a lovely week.

Nice place to stay. Location is good, just next to the road. The place was a bit unclean but Ambience was ok & the caretaker was very mixing. We opted for mixed sharing. Made lot of friends. All the main beaches are nearbuy.

We stayed here for a few nights and didnt like the fact we had no lock on our door. Several people came in our room without knocking so felt like we had no privacy or security. We rented a bike during our stay and were only provided with helmets after asking and being told we dont need them. Luckily we pushed on the idea as we were later stopped by the police. We got a fine for not having our licence with us (which the hostel should have advised us on) and we would have got a fine if we didnt have helmets.

I stayed here in March as a solo female. It was a great place to meet people and the use of their scooters meant we could go exploring Goa, and it was cheap as chips. The cook was great (can't remember his name), breakfast was simple but it was free so no complaints from me. We spent a lot of time in the out door area, was a good place to meet people and the bus bar was a nice touch. Highly recommend!!!!!!
