Worst experience ordered large pizza bbq veg, the pizza came totally cold and stale as if it was prepared long ago, the pizza was all in a cluttered state as there was nothing to bind the pizza. I complained to Pizza Hut helpline they told me that the concern will be addressed. So today after 15 tweets and 4 days I still haven’t got any help. Earlier I was a very frequent customer but seeing their attitude towards a loyal customer I won’t order from them again. My money got wasted. I don’t know how a big company like them could be so ignorant.

I placed a delivery order today for a large chicken tikka pizza with no tomato toppings today. This is my favorite pizza from Pizza Hut I order the same at least once or twice a month. Normally as per the description on their menu, this pizza uses a special tandoori sauce on the pie instead of their regular marinara sauce. Unfortunately, the pie that I received today had the regular marinara on it and the restaurant outlet didn’t even had the basic courtesy to inform me about it. It only on my second slice that I realized why the pizza was tasting different.
