Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Mr. Phillips hospitality and food is excellent. He is very polite and calm. We can enjoy the beauty of nature also. Highly recommended for family and official trip. There is ample parking and the premises is neat and clean.

Stayed for 2 nights for a rest whilst travelling. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Phillip is amazing, he looked after us so well, keeping us well supplied with great home cooking, fresh fruit drinks and local information. He even guided us up the hill behind the house early morning so we could enjoy the breathtaking views that are the reward for reaching the top. Bluemount was one of the best places we stayed on our Kerela travels. Thank you Phillip.

Uncle Phillip is very friendly and a great cook. He is a very good host. The stay was very good. Rooms were clean and with wifi facility. Uncle was on his toes to help out for everything we needed. We had a tasty dinner and breakfast.The mornings of the Homestay is very beautiful, misty with the call of different birds.You can see the church right in front of the gallery. I would surely recommend everyone to consider this Homestay. Thanks Uncle for everything. I would surely like to visit the place again.

I stayed in Bluemount Homestay for two days . Owner Mr. Philip a wonderful person and take care of guest very well . This place is 9 KM away from Katapana and very close to some most beautiful point of Kerala. Just opposite to property there are dense greenery . Philip Sir ( He is a retired teacher ) also took us to a trekking on a hill which is just behind to the property . People who loves the nature , this place is awesome . We are pure veg , but Philip sir taken care of our food properly and cooked some authentic Kerala's veg food .

I had been to Kerala tour during 08-10-2016 to 16-10-2016. We stayed at Bluemount Home Stay at Vazhavara, Kattappana from 08-10-2016 to 13-10-2016 to cover Devikulam, Thekkady and Idukki. 1.Being nature lovers we find it to be best by location. 2.The accommodation is quite good with power backup & wifi facility. 3.Charges most reasonable. 4.The Owner / Manager Mr P S Philip happened to be a very good host who took much interest in guiding us to places / routes in the above areas making the trip most memorable.
