Worst behaviour, worst experience Worst behaviour, worst experience

I had booked two double rooms for my family for 8th March 2018 through and thus received the confirmation for it. Upon reaching the property we were denied checkin citing reason that rooms weren't available. As the room was an oyo room, I called oyo but to vain, as no fruitful solution was offered by them. Upon further discussion with the manager, he told about his ongoing difference with oyo rooms. I asked him then why did he accepted the booking at first place, to which he replied in aggression and using harsh words, he even did ask us to leave the waiting hall immediately, even as I requested him that a few more minutes be allowed so that I can book a new hotel and call a cab... The worst, unprofessional experience so far in my life.. Never had me and my parents been humiliated and embarrassed likewise... In simple words please avoid the property. Dr mrinmoy hazarika

Very convenient place to stay in Jaipur Very convenient place to stay in Jaipur

Hari Villa Holiday Home is the best place to stay in Jaipur for various reasons: 1. Very close to the Airport and Railway station (less than 5 Kms). 2. Very cleanly maintained. 3. Close to major government offices, IT parks and Malls. 4. nice food. - We only tried vegetarian food here, which was very good. Especially the Poha was the best and Khadak Chai was just too good. 5. Very friendly staff. They were waiting for us in the hotel gate when we arrived at Jaipur from the last flight from Bangalore that reached Jaipur at 1:00AM. 6. Moderately prices rooms. Now, couple of things about Rooms: 1. Rooms re not very huge, so do not expect a huge suite or cozy setup here. Rooms are small, but spacious enough for a couple (no kids). 2. Choice of complementary breakfast is limited to Poha or Poori or Upama. But all good (Note: you can take only of these three !) 3. Hotel cab service is available only between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. You need to make your own travel arrangement if your travel exceeds these timings. 4. Rooms do not have a great view of outside. This hotel is in the middle of the many other residential complexes. Overall Hari Villa is a very decent place to stay at Jaipur which offer convenience of travel and decent and economical stay.

Its a Hari Villa group of Hotel, we arrived at this palace it met each and every expectation we had. The room was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide choice. We ate at the Indian restaurant and this was beautiful and the staff very attentive, outstanding as well, offering food whilst watching the dancing and music. Wonderful entertainment with regional dancing and music each night and the guided tour and history of the hotel was fantastic. Thanks to all staff, from house keeping { so clean} to all management. We will highly recommend to friends and colleagues. And we will return again. Stayed September 2016, travelled as a couple

This place is very close to the airport and a easiest location for all the nearby tourist places. People here are very welcoming and good.Front desk with Manish and others give good guidance and help you a lot. Food was excellent. I would like to thank both the chefs. Jai Rawat and team you rock. Whatever they prepared tasted so good, may be they prepared it with lots of love. The person who served the food was also very good. Housekeeping was done neatly. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you Hari villa team. Keep up the good work. Good luck
