Great stay Great stay

by 561l_al on November 1, 2019

We slept 3 nights in this great hotel. The welcome is very good, the perfect service with a very nice staff and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is very hearty and excellent. Dinner like this and it sits on a magnificent rooftop. In addition, they found us a wonderful driver (Santosh) who took you during our tour in 3 cities: Jaipur, Jodhpur and Agra. Thank you

We recently had 4 nights in this lovely restored Haveli. Our host Gayatri was extremely friendly and most helpful enhancing our stay with her thoughtful suggestions of places to visit etc. The hotel is very clean and the dinner they provide excellent. Our one negative would be the stairs are dangerously steep and slippery when wet.

sophisticated, lovely hotel sophisticated, lovely hotel

We (2 adults, 2 kids) would always come back here! An extremely clean and lovely, familial place in an old, nicely renovated haveli. Wonderful atmosphere. During the breakfast (freshly prepared for us!) the wife of the owner told us about the family and havelis history. Wonderful! They also arranged a pick up service at the train station at 2 a.m.!

We booked this hotel as we wanted to experience the stay in a Haveli as we love the architecture. This is a beautiful property behind the busy street. However we are really disappointed with the our stay. when we arrived there was no-one in reception. After waiting which we didn't mind, the staff came but had a bit of an attitude. We were shown to our room.2flights up(not for the person with leg issues) The room itself was clean with courtyard and we went on the roof Top to capture the beautiful city view. The negatives was only one power point was working. The bed was very squeaky and very uncomfortable. We had dinner and it was like private dining. The food was good kitchen staff was very helpful. We would rate it 3* as we felt we were not welcomed, being Indians. Brigadier and Mrs Singh was polite but swiftly moved away from us didnt really want to engage in an interesting conversation with us. "only the Europeans"

We visited frdrinks at sunset as part of our tour in India . We found the place enchanting . The host was friendly and very interesting and the building was fascinating . We had gin and tonics and homemade nibbles on the the roof terrace . It was a beautiful experience
