Honey Valley Homestay sits at a fabulous location real high up in the hills, amidst amazing fauna and flora. Travelers need to park their vehicle at a designated parking space on the main road then take a four wheel drive up to Honey Valley. That half ride will set the tone for the coming stay. It joyous if you look at it as adventurous but will feel ridiculous if you are not out there for some fun. So choose wisely. The family hosting us at Honey Valley were gracious and accommodating to our requests. A later dinner once, an impromptu breakfast on the day of departure were all catered without any hassles. The location of this homestay is fabulous but the stay itself felt wanting. Cleaner sheets, regular vacuuming could rid the rooms of their musty place. It's a tough place to maintain as it rains around the year and access it limited. I'd recommend Honey Valley for people wanting to hike up Kabbe or Tadiandamol and those who don't mind spending time in some stunning silence with cicadas for company.
