This is a good choice hotel with low budget and located on the opposite of the mall road means on the left bank side of the Beas River. One of the hotel staff picked up us from the volvo bus stand. Good

Loved their aloo paratha and the warm reception,rooms were very comfortable. The location is a bit away from the main buzz,but by walk it took just 10 mins which is nothing in the hilly areas.Staff were very friendly.

Its an impartial review without any prejudice or otherwise, the contact was made through Just Dial Co.and the site at the internet was visited subsequently one of the partners was contacted over phone about the hospitality,tariff , amenities and facilities offered to the guests. It was a SHOCKING AND BETRAYAL of the information furnished to us on our arrival. Rooms were changed and allotted to some one else inspite of our advance booking. The rooms were small in size with poor mattresses and bedsheets. Soap,towels were provided after various reminders. Food was provided of the poor quality that too after a long wait of 2-3 hours which WAS managed by a young boy in a small kitchen who was not capable to handle the customers and cater their needs. Only selected items, Jam/Butter Toast,Egg Boiled/omellette, Daal and Simple Subzi that too when notified to them in advance and the items were purchased for catering. The crux was that tariff and facilities were told and charged as per any three star hotel existing at the Mall Road or in its vicinity but the reality was inverse. ULTIMATELY WE CHANGED THE HOTEL AND THANKED THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL FOR THEIR SUCH HOSPITALITY. DISCOMFORT/INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US, WHOLE HEARTEDLY BY THEM..
