In the midst of Pine trees In the midst of Pine trees

Shobla Pine Royal The name along with the place will forever be remembered by us! We, a group of seven close friends travelled to Manali in mid-February,2019. Frankly speaking, we were a bit sceptical about our stay (now we can solely blame it to our tiring journey to Manali, period!). Never have we imagined what will be in store for us. As soon as we reached the hotel, the scenic view from the room balcony literally got to us. It was our first experience of snowfall and we have never seen something like it. I think awestruck will be the word that describes our emotion at that point of time! Even though we clicked so many amazing picture of the place but to watch it with your own eyes was something inexplicable. We had the best time of our lifefor a long long time! We got the best view of Manali right from Shobla itself! The decor, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the hospitality, the behaviour and the warmth of their people was so up to the mark that we not be forgetting it any time sooner! Overall, it was a memorable experience for us and we absolutely recommend Shobla to others as well! Lastly, I would share an experience for which we will thank Shobla Pine for the rest of our life. It was our third day at Manali and the weather got really bad as it was raining continuously all along Himachal. We were in danger of being stuck at Manali. Fearing this, not only they helped us by moving our allotted car to a place where it can start of but also arranged rooms in their Kullu branch so that our trip doesnt get hampered. The way which they cared about us was absolutely heart-touching! This, truly makes Shobla Pine a notch above the others! Rating: 5/5 (judging by our experience, it should be 10/5 <3)

The last part of our week long vacation was in Kullu. I got in touch with Bhaveek, the proprietor of 'Shobla Kathkuni Royale' for our stay there. He answered each and every question of mine (more like a million questions) over a span of one month with lots of patience and gave us the details we asked for. The Kathkuni Royale, which is a part of Shobla Royale is a Kathkuni style resort right in the heart of Kullu Town. Clean rooms, comfortable stay and courteous staff were few of the things that made us feel that we'd made a perfect choice. It was a pleasant stay until evening. But, at around 7pm Bhaveek requested us to meet him. And he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Since we wanted to experience snow, we were planning to drive to snow point near Manali the next morning. Bhaveek suggested us that we can go to his other hotel 'Shobla Pine Royal' and then drive to the snow point, which would be much easier. And since he was driving there by himself, he asked us to join him. This was the best decision taken. About an hour's drive from Kullu to Manali was covered by Bhaveek narrating Hindu mythological stories about Himachal Pradesh (about Kullu-Manali in particular) and the traditions followed there. We reached Pine Royal late in the evening. It was freezing. We were delighted to see that this resort had a fireplace to keep us warm. The rooms were really comfortable and neatly maintained. And the food served here was hot and yummy. We woke up the next morning to the most amazing view from the balconies. The light shower of snow on Vashisht Hill opposite the resort, made the place look like a picture on a Christmas greeting card. The hotel staff booked us a taxi (as the hotel is in Old Manali, a quaint little town away from the hustle & bustle of the main city), and cooked us a choice of mouth-watering American and Indian breakfast. It is important to note that the staff here is absolutely courteous and helpful.
