I stayed at Gezellig Inn with my family from Feb 16th to 20th in their luxury duplex room. We chose the duplex because of the spacious setting (we were 6 in number) comprising of two bedrooms on different floors in the same space separated by a staircase. Room heaters were charged separately (Rs 300/heater per night) and were very warm (value for money!) Location (5 stars) - The hotel is located at Simsa which is some 10 minutes away from Mall road (by car) and offers an unparalleled view of the mountains. It is away from the busy areas of the city and hence, is very preferable. Room (4 stars) - During our stay, there was some issue with the water and from what the manager told us some miscreants had left their taps open draining the entire tank overnight. They tried their best to mitigate any discomfort and readily offered us to use the bathroom of the adjacent room. I feel the management should focus on this so that it doesn't repeat. Other than this, the rooms are clean, beautiful and beyond expectations. Food (5+ stars) - We certainly did not expect to have food so delicious we had to lick our fingers clean. We had breakfast and dinner every night and loved it to the moon. They have the best chef in town. Reasonably priced food. The food was so good that one night after dinner we had to ask and confirm whether or not Sanjeev Kapoor was in the kitchen. Great value for money! Service (5 stars) - The room service is amazing. The staff knows what they are doing. All of our requests were handled professionally and quickly. Summary: I can not recommend this place more. Choose the inn for a great and relaxing time!

We stayed for almost a week, the staff members,food, room service everything was so good. The one week stay was so smooth and we felt like it was our home.I would recommend this place as it's near to Manali, old Manali and other places.

Highly recommend!! Great place to stay we really enjoyed!!! specially the food was so good and delicious. And the staff was also good and helpful and they also helped us to plan our visiting places. and the cottage was so neat and clean.

We stayed in Gezellig Inn - Tree Hill Cottages and Kanyal Villas last year in June 2019. We went there when Rohtang Pass just opened up. It is a very beautiful hotel with a great view of the valleys from the balcony. Pros: 1. The hotel provides a beautiful view of the valley. It has a garden in front of the entrance that adds to the charm of this hotel. 2. The rooms are very clean, hygienic, and nicely maintained. Proper cleaning is done every day. 3. The staff is very welcoming and humble. They are happy to help you in every way possible. All you have to do is just ask. 4. The food quality is amazing too and we had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Both were equally delicious. 5. The hotel provides its own cab services at fair prices. Also, just outside the hotel, you will find plenty of auto-rickshaws and cabs lined up. So commute is not an issue. 6. The hotel staff was happy to answer our queries regarding the local markets, Rohtang tour and they gave us plenty of tips to save some extra bucks. Hats off to their hospitality. Cons: 1. The hotel is a bit far from the bus stand/main road. So every time you have to go out, you have to take a taxi/auto. The prices start at Rs. 200 no matter how small distance you have to cover. 2. While taking a cab/taxi you have to mention the full name of the hotel as there is another hotel with a similar name and things do get mixed up. We reached the other hotel on our first day. After that, we mentioned the full name everywhere. 3. The room we booked was unfortunately on one of their buildings that do not have elevators. So, it was a little troublesome to get to the room after a long hectic day tour.
