I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it was my birthday on 12th Aug so I decided to stay here again but honestly speaking they ruined my birthday. I have few points to share: 1. I checked in on 12th Aug(my birthday), even my friend has arranged cake and all, no body wished me. I am from the same industry and its nothing cost wishing somebody happy birthday. 2. I booked for executive room but after waiting for 15 mint they allotted me Superior room. This is like cheating people. I got a call one day prior for my arrival time, I requested for early check-in but that person said early check in not possible come at 2pm. I reached at 2:25 still room was not ready and after waiting for 15 minute they gave me superior room. 3. Since it was my birthday, I requested for comp upgrade because I am the frequent traveller for this hotel, that also they refused. I requested so much just for room with balcony but they said rooms are not available(while checking online it shown that executive rooms with balcony is available). We were ready to pay also but they didnt give. 4. They allotted us the room on 2nd floor(#211) where the ceiling maintenance was in progress. We checked in for holiday not to hear the bang sound in morning. I decided to go in this hotel because I stayed there many times and I was under impression that since its my birthday they will make this memorable for me but truly specking they ruined it very badly. Thank you

The service provided by the entire staff is highly satisfactory.Room was very neat & clean with essential amenities and specious.Foods were delicious and hygienic.North goa, old goa, Panjim & Vascoda is easily accessible from the Hotel. Entire location is vert peaceful.

Very pleasant stay and hospitality...service was really good...special mention about bholenath and arif...thanks...we all will come again.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room service was too good.

Awesome food and services.., we are highly satisfied from the hospitality provided by them it was excellent..... Nature of all of them is friendly and they were very helpful. Captain here, bholenath ji helped us a alot regarding places and he played his role in preparing itenary

Thanks to the entire staff for hospitality. You all were courteous.. amazing experience. Location was good too, it's in the middle of the city yet very peaceful. If you are looking for a good hotel in southern Goa, Ginger is the one.
