They Stole Our Money They Stole Our Money

by World_Wanderer127 on

Never stay in this hotel. We paid for it ahead of time through Agoda, arrived in the morning to check-in, and they told us that they had no rooms available. They blamed the problem on us and said we had to call Agoda to try to get our money back. The man at reception was rude to us, and then we spoke to his manager on the phone and he just laughed at us and said it was our problem. They wouldn't even store our bags so we could go try to find someplace different. So in the end, they got our money and we had to find another hotel to stay in. We travelled in India for a month and loved it; loved the people, and never had any problems except for this. Do NOT stay in this hotel.

Atrocious hotel Atrocious hotel

by rajeshk457 on

this hotel is atrocious with no lights, water problem, no pickup drop facility as given in their site, rooms are stinking, no room service.stay worse than to stay in slum. charges quiet high compared to their room conditions. this is the hotel made in the residential building no catering service....tv not working , air conditioners are non functional and most of the time no light facility.

Shocking !! Shocking !!

Ok my husband and I traveled India for 13 weeks. This hotel was our first experience of what was to come hotel wise, we were on an average budget so booked this hotel via the internet and paid way over price for it, but our thoughts were, After a day and a half travel we wanted somewhere nice and clean to get our heads down, kid of treat ourselves !! Well well well were we in for a shock..... I will let the photos speak for themselves... And after all the traveling and hotels we stayed at, this had to be the worst. Cant remember the room number but it was on the ground floor to the right of reception, the last door on the left. The street itself, what can i say? again i'll le the photos speak..Having said that, away from this branch of hotels the surrounding area was lovely, really nice park opposite, Locals seemed friendly, we were the only European tourists to be seen and not once did we feel intimidated. Andheri has a lovely feel to it, we felt it was a really warm welcome to India. Lovely Veg restaurant few doors away, staff are great, food lovely. I think it's name was Krishna? The hotel is in great need of renovation, well the room we stayed in did !! the staff were nice.
