The temper of this place is all the way classy and it's just above most high end restraunt in terms of services and quality. It has an indian fusion take on food and uses molecular gastronomy to achieve the same and they do an amazing job of it. The starters are small in portion but can be termed as super taste starters as only a bite full of portion has a blast of flavours and taste. Try avocado puchka, it's just phenomenal. Also the food here is exciting and makes use of indian components as red sabutdana

The Manor is a large facility with many serviced apartments run by a family that is still living in the era of the British Raj! While the apartment is clean and well thought off, the service standards, rules and general demeanour of the people that run and operate this facility is shocking! You are paying top dollar to live in this facility however they treat you like they are doing you a favour. They like to trouble their residents on a daily basis with small petty issues: They knew that we were renting the space for us to be close to a hospital and with an elderly person at the age of 93 and with our own support help. While they agreed to everything while signing the lease, they would treat our help worse than a slave.He couldnt use the elevator, he couldnt be seen in the drive way, he had to hide and come in any time or even not allowed to stand outside the property premises as that apparently affected their prestige. They didnt let you have our the car inside the premises after verbally promising a car park space. They are all about making the extra dollar but without any ethics so if you want to order food from them and pay 5 star prices then its ok but if you want to cook on your own then apparently the smell of food starts disturbing them. The WIFI was terrible and they needed to invest to fix it as per normal standards which they never did in our 4 month stay! Half the TV channels didnt work and they didnt care much for this either. High turnover of cleaning staff, some of our belongings went missing! They operate a shelter for dogs within the facility so you will hear many dogs barking every few minutes. While i am an animal lover, dealing with this every hour is very disturbing. The apartment is near a train track so you are disturbed every hour with the loud train sounds including through the night. The mother in the family is a terribly rude person. She has no manners on how to talk and thinks she owns you because she is letting you live in the premises after paying such amounts of money. They dont allow your guests to come in to the premises in a respectful way. They sent our guests many times through the service exit and wouldn't let them use the elevator including when we have heavy bags. Even the staff at the facility are miserable and the manor has a reputation for their crazy behaviour and high staff turnover All their responses are extremely defensive and then refer to the lease although many things were committed verbally! Overall it was the Worst experience we have had. We had to leave because of their obnoxious behaviour. At your exit, be ready to forgo your security deposit because they are looking at ways to charge you for unreasonable things as a way not to return the deposit. Singh family, you have done a great job building this facility, but you have a lot to learn about customer service and retention especially if you are trying to market this as a luxury premises!

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and staff, and in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood isolated away from all the Delhi chaos. This was my second relaxing stay here and will not be my last.

I stayed for 4 nights while in Delhi to attend a wedding. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were a group of us staying, and there are common areas in between the rooms with couches that were great for socializing. The neighbourgood is quite and looks residential. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Delhi.
