On my arrival in Delhi , I got a taxi to the Aura Hotel. I was at first shocked by the congestion in the streets nearby but I got used to that. The staff of the hotel gave me a hearty welcome and remained helpful and friendly throughout my stay. As a three star hotel, the Aura is better than average. The food presented by Francis, the chef , was excellent and the portion sizes just right . The hotel provides a travel desk run by India Travel Organizers and Rafiq quickly organised a car and driver for a tour of Rajasthan. On my return to Delhi for the flight home to Australia, I once again booked the Aura. I have to say, My second visit was even better than the first. Thank you, to Aura management and staff.

We stayed at the Aura hotel in Delhi twice before and after a trip around Rajasthan, the first time was better than the second, we had a room on the third floor which was inhabited by a family of rats! They were noisy, brazen ran across the bed three times, drinking out of our cups, and constantly chewing things in the cupboards, the hotel is fine but avoid room 301, the final straw was when it ran over the bed, if you do stay the make sure you avoid this room, the manager was fairly helpful but they asked us to keep quiet about it ! I am not that squeamish but firstly not be able to sleep they were so noisy and then fighting them off the bed was beyond me! I know there are rats everywhere but would rather they kept out of the bed when I am in it

Hotel mau, desonestos com o cliente. Principalmente o posto de turismo, tentaram persuadir-nos na compra de um servico de transporte deles para Agra, e para isso atrasaram nos na compra dos bilhetes de comboio para o mesmo fim, dizendo que nos comprariam ate ao final do dia, isso nao aconteceu. Wi-Fi nao funciona bem, pequeno almoco fraco e hotel muito antigo.
