The location in Delhi's South Extension Part I is pretty handy for being near shops and eateries. It's off the main road, which is nice. Beyond that, oh my. The collection of antiques they tell you about looks to be antique but it's dirtier than a garage or basement! Dust cakes the chandelier in the sitting room, and dust is everywhere. The place needs a really good scrub. It's kind of gloomy. The room we saw was OK but again, it's got this old dusty furniture in it. The floor was clean though. You can do better for what you pay here and not kick up a dust storm by opening a window.

Fantastic place to stay. The hotel greets you with all old and antique furnitures fitted every where in the building including the rooms. Complimentary breakfast provided. No attached restaurant. Food will be bought from outside and served. Great and convinient place to stay.

Had a great time staying at Villa 29 for a week. A perfect location in New Delhi, lovely hosts, great food and beautiful place.

Terrible hotel, if you can call it that... Terrible hotel, if you can call it that...

The hotel is a collection of old junk. Situated poorly. They even have a worse understanding of cleaning habits. It's just dirty, nothing more, nothing less. I've traveled a lot in India, in several circumstances, but I never came a cross such poor value for money. Please do not book here! It'll be a big disappointment and a shame to remember Delhi this way!
