The Kiran guest house was situated near about New Delhi rail station. Desk clerk or receptionist boy was helpful. This hotel facility was not good. Wifi service was very poor, maximum time wifi was not working. TV also was not working. Toilet was very dirty and toilet floor was not clean. Toilet was look like a public toilet. Water service was so irritating, sometimes had sometimes don't had. Hot water had for few time, if need then they provide otherwise hot water switch was off. Room floor also not properly clean. There was only 2 staff. We wanted to stay this hotel for for few days but after staying one night we was looking for a another hotel when get we just leave the hotel, although we paid for two night. The hotel was very terrible and facilities was not mentally satisfied....

Helpful Desk Clerk Helpful Desk Clerk

by salcatzmoon on

When I arrived the airline had lost one of my cases. The desk clerk was so helpful phoning the airport and arranging for my case to be delivered to the hotel. On my return, however, this man was on leave. I had booked a room at the back, but was given a front room. At midnight a lorry with metal doors arrives and drops off bricks, just oppisite Kiran. This group of men then spend the next few hours taking the bricks from the truck, stacking them, transfering them to wheelbarrows and transporting them down the little allies that the truck cannot navigate, to where they are needed. This is done with the usual banter of workmen. I did not sleep. Also the shower had a constant puddle where the boiler leaked, the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom, and the paint was peeling in the bedroom. The tv was just outside my room and was playing loudly from 8am til midnight. When I left for another (cheaper and nicer) hotel the desk clerk watched the tv while I struggled down the steep stairs twice with my 2 heavy suitcases. I didn't tip
