It is centrally located in the heart of South Delhi.Rooms are well appointed, having attached bathrooms with western toilets and modern fittings, fully made up beds with comfortable mattresses. Sita Residency a perfect place to stay at.

I had a friend stay here and she wants to come and stay here again! From a single girl traveling in the city I got her review to be really great. Safe secure place, owner and family are warm to interact, location is good (no shady guys hanging around, not a dingy place). Home-cooked food is great, you dont have to order-in expensive food coz they get you ghar-jaisa-khana. Thumbs up for giving my friend a great hospitality experience! I was concerned if she found a good safe place and well she did!!

Found the place by chance when someone referred it to us at a conference near Lodhi Garden It has now become our de facto stay choice when in Delhi. Very reasonable rates, home cooked food and sparkling conversations with the proprietor. Highly recommend.

I had this wonderful opportunity to stay in Sita Residency during the course of this week and I must stay it has been the most fabulous experience. I would like to write the longest review possible. But I will try to make it short. The ambiance of the room is so good that you do not feel that you have left home. With the park view and the chirping birds it truly was like staying in a hill station. The service is extremely good and the room boys are most affable willing to serve us to their best at any time. The food is very healthy and tastes home made.The guest house has a great locational advantage too. It is close to the main road and the rickshaw stand. Central market is just 15 minutes away which is a great boon to avid shoppers. Besides the very versatile Krishna market is also very close by If you are looking for value for money then head for Sita Residency for it is the place to be in.
