A well managed society and flats are cool and spacious. The structure and architecture is good. Situated in Gali no. 4 with lot of shops and other things nearby. It is just 10 min away from sec 52 Metro station. There is lack of security as anyone can enter in the society without any checks. The other con is that it is situated in a market bay so you may find difficulty to reach here during peak hours.

Lovely area and budget area with all prime locations like global international school,A square mall,petrol pump and metro stations of blue line and as well as aqua line near by,also the all basic facilities are easy available here ,so it is cheap and best area compared to Noida’s all expensive sectors and societies that ways.

Problem of electricity.its intermitent without electricity backup can not like in this area,water is also very bad water TDS 1500 + very salty all utencils and clothes are getting spoiled,terrace is amazing the bulding is also verygood maintenance is also kind of good but cleanliness is average and location for tgis bulding is not good it this bulding would be some where else it would have best because bcs of location there are all the problem in this bulding.

I booked it for my relatives and they were really disappointed at all. Pathetic hotel service, they don't even receive the call of the customer in the midnight. Also the rooms are very compact and small . In picture they show like it's very luxurious and it's a place like hell. The most important thing is that they don't consider online payment which you will do in advance and ask for another full payment. Fraud

Care taker of royal residencies ALOK DUBEY.. is the worst... we stayed there for 7 n half months ... Such a bad experience bc of him. He needs to know how to treat people.We had complaints about the rooms and needed plumbers, but he never listen to us. Whenever we go to talk to him also he don't even take us serious. We paid 16k security deposit also but when we left he said we won't get n didn't give us the money till now so we asked for owner number but he is not providing us that too. So we went to his office but he don't talk to us n deny to give us the owner phone number. Please to the owner,if u r reading this kindly provide us ur no. We really need to talk to u once. We enjoyed staying there but bc of caretaker. Behavior we left the room.
