Rooms are very comfortable and hygienic. Very greenery and we'll maintained surrounding. Can hear different bird voice.... We gang of 6 friends visited on February 3rd week... Obviously not good climate and no waterfall at that time, but enjoyed the stay in the resort.. it's very safe place, we went on night walk around the resort and spotted sambar deer in night. Food is very tasty but little pricey, there's no any restaurant available nearby the resort need to go few kilometres to junction for food. People need to inform the admin in advance to arrange food, if they planning eat in the resort.

All the cottages are spread out over a very large area. Food is fairly good, but expensive if you are having only lunch All the cottages are spread out over a very large area. Food is fairly good, but expensive if you are having only lunch

Good homely place to stay. Very poor internet connectivity, only BSNL cell connections are functional and that too only from one area within the premises. Road connectivity is not open during nights till sunrise and hence any emergency travel during the dark hours is a big problem.

We are group of 16 and have booked 'The Vantage' for 2 nights stay. This is just behind the main building and has 1 suit room(2 double bed), 3 deluxe rooms and 1 standard room. We didn't like the standard room as the room size is small and it is like a store room. My suggestion is to book this cottage without the standard room. The deluxe and suit room are spacious with basic amenities provided. All the rooms has soap, towel and hot water facility. Service by the reception staff and the Kitchen chef was excellent. They have provided early morning(by 6am) tea and hot water to take bath as per our request since we have planned to leave outside by 7am. Buffet lunch was good and dinner is prepared based on our request from the fixed menu they have. The resort itself is big with parking area, lawn to sit and spend time, birds/animal farm, view point and kids play area. Kids will enjoy the farm and the big space to roam. They will arrange a off road Jeep safari in night (Rs. 1000 per jeep) after 6.30pm which is must try. Earlier the Jeep safari was till Mampara but now it is restricted due to forest restrictions. Now the safari is till a excellent view point which has to be experienced. In short, worth the time and money spent. Now the areas of improvement (must fix IMO) 1. The hot water was muddy the first day when we took bath. This might be due to the early morning hot water request but has to be fixed 2. Buffet lunch has good spread but the same dishes are provided on both the days we stayed. Variety lacks. 3. No intercom facility. We have to walk to reception for any needs/request as we will not have mobile signals, if we try to call through mobile 4. No debit/credit card swipe facility. We have to give cash for room and food bills.

I had been to Nelliyampathy may time. But the stay at Green Land Farm House was excellent. Nelliyampathy is a small township with its pristine greenery fresh air and forest all around. The view of the valley from the resort is breath taking. The activity includes night safari. The restaurant is excellent.
