Stayed with a group of friends, have stayed in hotels from Cochin to here and it has been the worst place we have been to yet. Run down, some of us had no pillows for the bed, we only had one towel which was stained, bathroom was full of cockroaches and had no hot water. Filters in the air con units have not been cleaned since Adam was a cowboy and make it hard to breathe with the smell of mould and I would say are a health hazard at best. Only thing it's got going for it is the location being so close to the beach

The only good point of the hotel is the location. Approx 5 mts from the rock beach. Rooms were ok but service was pathetic pathetic and more pathetic. Please keep this as the last option if you have to stay near the beach. Apart from this hotel there are other better options.

It was nice experience of staying in this hotel. Good staff. Location is best. Rest everything is good. There is no restaurant in this hotel, only tea/coffee can be ordered. Staff do not understand English or Tamil.

Hello All, We stayed in this hotel on the long weekend of 26th Jan 2018, we had 2 rooms for day 1 and 3 rooms for day 2. The only best thing about this hotel is the location, it is like just 5 meters from the rock beach, so all the late night walks and any time access to the beach is great advantage. Coming to the hotel, the rooms are big but nothing great about them, I had cockroaches in my room. There is no restaurant in this hotel, only tea/coffee can be ordered. The staff is not polite and they don't care about your stay(atleast this is what I felt), from the time of check-in I was asked to do the complete payment a lot many times, when asked what is the hurry I was told that there have been instances where the customers have ran away without paying(how is it even possible) So to summarize, if you are getting another option to stay please explore that, use this as your last option and stay at this place only and only because of the location.
