Horrifying experience!!!

We were a group of 7 people(elderly parents,children and one disable person), travelling from London, booked 3 rooms from dec21st - dec27th. On 18th of Dec got the confirmation from uk-hotels.com that rooms are all paid and confirmed that the rooms are ready. To our shock after travelling 8 hours on road reached hotel at 4pm and we were told that we don't have any booking and hotel is fully booked! We were helpless and couldn't do anything as Dec is a very busy time, most hotels were fully booked. We all were exhausted and shattered and will never forget this horrifying experience. How can they cancel our advance bookings and did not inform us? It took 5 hours to rebook something out of Pondicherry and reached the alternate hotel at 10pm. We will never trust Fab hotels and will never book fab hotels in life!!
