Stayed here for a night in a deluxe room with the room missing basic amenities like plug points , things in the toilet , coffee machine in the room . We came for breakfast at 8:30 and were served with a fruit bowl and post that no once came to take our order for about 15 mins The breakfast menu is very basic and just have egg coffee and juice options nothing else . Also - one persons one omelette policy you cant order more Food in the menu for lunch and dinner is also not great we ordered pasta and chicken skewed , was not worth , the menu is overpriced against what they have to offer Overall I would suggest not to go for a place and look for other beautiful and trusted options like le dupliex, le Closerie , The Promenade and many more which are in same budget but are excellent in hospitality and I forgot to mention when we checked in our room the AC wasnt working and was leaking with water they took 30 mins to repair it and we had to sit outside till they got it done We paid 6k for room... not at all worthy

Beautiful colonial villa. Large rooms with great style and very comfortable. Wonderful staff who could not have been more helpful and excellent food as well. We were there with a 5 year old and it is child-friendly too. Highly recommended.

Lovely! Lovely!

Centrally located in White Town, close to all the best bits of Pondi. The room is simple, but elegantly comfy. I loved the high ceilings and heritage furnishings and decorations. very glad I stayed here. Receptionists all very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant serves international, non-Indian food which was great for me for a few days, as I was curried out! I couldn't believe how quiet this place was despite being so central. Loved it!

Poor service Poor service

Went to this restaurant with my wife and 2 twin daughters. When we reached all tables were full, so we were seated on a couch with an assurance that we will be moved to a table once vacant- this never happened and we had to have our dinner on the little table even when the entire table restaurant was vacant. The waiter just took the order and went away, not bothering to top our wine glasses or asking us if we want to anything else. Maybe coz we were the only Indians in the restaurant. There were two huge rats running under our table. No one cane to check on our food. The owner/ manager seems to be too busy chatting and Gavin wine with his friends. We spent Rs. 5681. Only go if you are French or English.

Loved this place Loved this place

Booked Villa Helena very last minute and am so pleased I did. The heritage building is beautiful and has been stylishly furnished, I even got an upgrade for two nights. The staff are friendly and obliging. The location is fantastic. Highly recommended.
