It's a beautiful homestay offering a stunning view of the Himalayas. Our stay was very comfortable and the food was amazing. Bittu and his family took really good care of us. Also Bittu is a very handy birding guide. He has very good knowledge of local birds and also has a knack of locating them. With his efforts we saw cheer pheasant twice and also the Chukar partridge in addition to numerous other species. All in all a highly recommended place to stay.

The Manila Home has 6 spacious rooms. All rooms are equal in size and have balconies. There is a common room which houses a TV and seating place. The homestay is manned by Mr. Balwant and his wife Jyoti. The food is excellent, hospitality warm and it has all facilities to make one feel comfortable. The main birding spots are nearby and Mr. Balwant personally took me to these spots.

We had a comfortable and relaxing experience at the Manila Home. Balwant ji and his wife Jyoti ji took great care of us and cooked us some simple yet really tasty food (specially paranthas). The rooms are huge with a common sitting area and lots of books. The views from the rooms are great too. Last but not the least, the super cute dogs are a treat. Highly recommended!
