I stayed 3 weeks at Nanda Villa and would recommend it as a great homestay with hosts who will cater for your needs and offer great value for money. Family are very friendly and helpful going the extra mile to assist in any way. Nanda Villa is located in a residential area but it's cheap and easy to get into the centre of Udaipur. Food was great, room was spacious and clean. If you want to be with local people with a genuine interest in you then look no further than Nanda Villa.

Nice family house in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to the old city. You become a member of this family and their only concern is your well being, first class home cooking, you will fill safe and confortable

Well in Udaipur, i will recommend this property. The main reason it is a very very clean property. The owner Mr. Nanda is really very helpful. He helped us out even in the site seeing of Udaipur. First time travelers, Let me tell you, Udaipur itself is very small, so don't opt for hotels near the lakes. The area is very very conjusted. Instead opt for the hotels or home stay at Badgaon or sukhadiya circle. These areas are close to market and along with it also way from the madding crowd. Family, Couples and groups can all opt for this Property. If i again visit Udaipur i will surely stay again at Nanda Villa.

A NICE PLACE TO STAY AND ENJOY FAMILY QUALITY TIME. Though it's a new place so far as the homestay part is concerned, but its an awesome place to stay at. Excellent - Hospitality Good - Food Excellent - People Well connected to the important places of Udaipur. Home away from home like environment.
