I did my vacation break with 7 more friends at this beautiful Resort. Ours was a 4 room accommodation with a living room, dining room and 2 restrooms. One would feel the antique touch to it. Got to know the property was initially built 70 years ago. Everything was neat and compact. Mr. Jerry, would undoubtedly be the best part of this Resort. His vision for developing an exciting, adventurous and pleasant Stay in Vythri deserves the credit. His hospitality and friendly nature will make you visit the Resort again. He helped us with our itinerary and took us around the lake and waterfall near the Resort. We enjoyed snorkeling, swim in the fresh waters and a small trek return. The food served at this resort is simply ADIPOLI. The cooking team at this resort are doing an excellent job in serving authentic malabar cuisine. We had all three foods for the day and I am pretty sure the food won't disappoint one here. Again, I would like to thank Mr. Jerry for arranging us a camp fire and the surprise Birthday cake for my friend. The hot water service to both the Bathrooms could be improved. I couldn't think a con beyond this. This place is worth the time and money spent. I wish everyone could make plenty of nice memories just like we had during our stay at Little Home Resort. Our best wishes to Mr. Jerry & Team

We stayed 2 nights at Little Home in the Mountain Mist cottage. The view was mesmerising from our balcony. The cottage was quite big and well cleaned. The best part was it did not have any damp smell at all as it was well ventilated - something hard to find even in expensive resorts in rainy places. The whole property is huge and nicely maintained. You can find table tennis, badminton court, a nice small swing in a corner in the resort. Your stay is topped by nice chirping of birds and sounds of the Malabar squirrel. Each corner of the resort is picturesque, you can say. Of all, the best part of the resort is its hospitality and the credit goes to the owner, Jerry. He would welcome you at your arrival and also help you plan your itinerary. The 2nd morning of our stay, Jerry took us for a walk in and around the resort - and that was a showstopper of our stay. He would take you through his coffee plantation down the hill to a small lake and a river behind the resort. You can feel the cool and freshwater of the river on your face - and you should if you have gone there for an escape from your city :). We also tried snorkeling and could spot some colourful fishes in their natural habitat - we were quite pleased to see Danison Barbs in their natural habitat, which we had seen only in our aquarium until now. We also tried canoeing in the resorts lake - again a nice experience. We also spotted a Malabar squirrel on the tree - theyre huge for a squirrel size - we so wanted to see one and luckily we could. We recommend that you at least try the breakfast from the resort - its a delicious and hygienic treat. We tried pathiti and egg curry one day and puttu and kadla curry the other. We so wanted to eat malabar cuisine and we were not disappointed at all. Sadly we could not eat dinner there we returned late on all nights. But do inform Jerry of what you plan to eat in the night in advance if you plan to eat dinner there. Thats the only sad thing I would say was about our stay, else it was an adventurous, rich and comfy experience for us. And lastly dont worry about covid precautions - you will find all staffs in mask all the time and they will also sanitise your luggage at your arrival.

One of the best experiences catering to everyone in my family. Amazing food and a serene and peaceful atmosphere. A great lake to kayak in. The staff is very friendly and felt comfortable to talk to. Overall a great getaway.

If somebody is looking for a home away from home in Wayand then there shouldn't be any second thoughts.. place is clean and well maintained. Mr.Jerry (owner) will ensure that you have a memorable outing with your family. He is the best host I ever met so far. Food options are limited but it is fresh, homely and tasty.
