It is an old Govt. Guest house now running by KTDC . Located in a mid forest . Food is very tasty and fresh. Dont expect much more more service from a govt operated property. neat and not maintain properly

Badly kept Badly kept

Well located with plenty of parking atop a hill near Kuttikaanam, this property shows the callousness with which government hotels and guest houses are kept. Poor grooming and courtesy by staff, over priced low quality food, in attentive staff... Ashamed to note that there is no restroom in the ground floor and no lift. Poor oldies had a tough time...

No one is there to maintain No one is there to maintain

The property is in good location but no one is maintaining. If its well maintained the people will come back again. Otherwise nobody will come back. Food was over priced. Bathroom is not good pipes are not working.

A budget hotel that is not looked after A budget hotel that is not looked after

The stay though was pleasant, I felt this has not been properly maintained hotel. We stayed a night and the best part that we have felt was the balcony which was attached to the room and the place where the hotel is located. Calm and Quite. The food was good but was overpriced. The staffs were trying to support to the maximum where they have certain limits.
