The food was excellent of the restaurant. Staffs were helpful with friendly nature. Rooms were excellent with all the basic facilities. The location was excellent near the hotel.

I stayed at Ginger, Agartala from 09-Feb to 13-Feb-2017. My experience on stay there was very good. Right from the beginning, the hotel staffs were helping us feel comfortable. At the reception desk, Ms. Barnali welcomed us warmly. She patiently heard our requirements and arranged staying plans accordingly at the hotel. In addition, as our group was six, she made her best efforts for all of us to be accommodated in same floor. Such good attitudes, I have not seen in many other budget hotels. The housekeeping was very good and Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty was regularly keeping the rooms and corridors clean. On all four days, he has regularly refilled the drinking water, sanitised the room and kept in order before my return from official duty. Kudos to the team of Ginger for providing such good experience. Some minor suggestions are, although the hotel is a budget hotel, they can provide mosquito repellents as you may observe some mosquitoes (very less in number, maybe two or three in the room I stayed).

I often visit Agartala on official tours,I find Ginger most suitable hotel for me in Agartala with regards to room quality-really clean & linens & towels are fresh,hospitality of the staffs in the reception & restaurant is very co operative & good. only one suggesstion to improve the food taste specially in the nonveg items in lunch & dinner.

I have been staying in this hotel since November 2015 on and off almost every month for my official trips. After only few visits the staffs at the hotel know me by my first name. Their follow ups are always timely. All the staff are courteous and always smiling. Hotel is very clean and service is prompt.

Ginger has create a new benchmark in providing satisfying service in ecotel Hotels category. I have been visiting Agartala quite often and always happened to stay at Ginger. Indeed, the service has enhanced big time. F&B was always good, Mithun the server always carries a smile while greeting guests and provides a generous service, while in Housekeeping I found Biswajit to be very active in providing HK service, as if, he is always there to anticipate guests need.Keep the good job going, Team Ginger Agartala. All the very best. Only observation is, the rooms are very to accommodate few guest during meeting.
