In the month of December 2016 last week there is some function in my relatives , They arrange this Hotel for our stay , On my stay I found it as a worst hotel . Door lock of Bathroom are not working properly , if you lock from inside the bathroom you get problem to open it again and stuck in Bathroom till somebody open this lock from out side There is no Room service , kitchen of this Property is very UN HIGENIK .
Visited dayalbagh for a funeral and opted to check in this lodge as it was near by . But had to check out with in one day because of poor stay arrangements not even 1 star hotel . Gloomy reception n check in Paint strong smell in rooms Bad unhygienic cramp rooms No toilet rolls , no room heaters , no tea coffee kettle Hard bed with old blankets ( razai ) Too noisy Bec its on the street difficult to sleep Bathroom glass broken Poor filthy quality toiletries Zero hospitality We immd checked out the next day changed the to next better hotel next door Pl note they hv nice lots of triangle space area they can demolish the whole old structure n rebuild to a nice as per standard hotel it can be beneficial to them . They hv to really back up to maintain a decent hotel standards .
I enjoyed the friendliness of the owners, and how service oriented they were. I also appreciated all their knowledge of the region, the tips for the restaurants provided, and their warmth. The room offered a fair amount of comfort, and it's well located within the town. I received all the cooperation I needed regarding the relationship to the Dayalbagh community, principles, activities and contacts to the right people. If you are interested in the Dayalbagh religion, community and life, this might be the your best option in town. I leave the hotel thankful and plan to come back next time.
Kitchen services - excellent: it feels like having food at home.. Location- excellent: you can have connectivity for every corner from this location Staff- good: very good staff All over- best in Agra
Unfortunately during one of my visit to Agra I selected this property. This was the terrible decision of my life. To elaborate let me explain this property to you : 1. Location - Its located at one of the crowded place in market which is extremely hard to find. Getting in and out of here is major trouble. 2. Rooms - Its even worst than lowest budget lodges. My attached pics will give you an idea what is in store for you. Stained and dirty bed sheets, Stained and dirty towels, Wardrobes with No knobs, Dirtiest toilet, Low and cheap soap as toiletries , NO TOILET PAPER and list goes on. When I confronted owner Amol Dhir on phone about Toilet paper which cost only Rs. 20 i.e approx $0.30 , I was told it was to cut cost of room tariff which is Rs. 1800 ( $30) that he doesn't provide any. Imagine the mindset. 3. For parking owner parked his SUV right in middle of gate and guests were forced to park their vehicles outside in-spite of parking inside. 4. Staff and Service - Forget it. They have only few boys ( To cut the cost again may be) and they also are not that expert. I won't really blame them as it has to come from top. Service too is pathetic. 5. Food - I personally saw how food is prepared in their ground floor kitchen and believe me if you see this with your naked eye you will throw up. To save your health its a strict No No. 6. Tariff - As discussed above I won't even stay for free here, Forget $30 as a tariff. Overall its a poorly managed property by a rude and egoistic owner which is making this lodge to reach lowest possible depth. Yes if you question him he will pounce like a goon on you. Better stay out of trouble.
