My experience in this hotel was ok. The thing which I dint liked was that the hotel is located in a crowded area because of which there is no silence maintained and second thing was that the hotel is not that clean. Hence I would think twice before recommending this hotel to anyone.

the hotel was not so clean as expected..but not very bad were average..people does not respond as fast as expected..and we had to pay for 48hrs though we stayed there only for there was too much oily..and i wonder the mineral water bottle costs more in the hotel. i think this is too much coz we stayed in jaipur in a 3 star hotel and there it was less.

We had blocked this hotel for 2 nights from 01 Nov, due to some delay it was communicated well in advance that arrival would be late till 9 pm. even after the confirmed reservation the room was sold to some body else by Mukesh called owner....and he was not reachable......strict action should be taken and if possible please avoid this hotel....if possible.

Lying manager Lying manager

by Porojnecha_Petro on February 7, 2014

We arrived at Agra at 4 am, and called a few hotels through Lonely Planet book cross-referencing with Rough Guide. We agreed with manager on the price, and when we arrived (at 4:30 am very tired). He told us that with the price, that we agreed on, he could only propose us a hotel (50 m from this one, don't remember the name), which was a veeery bad hotel - i mean, if twenty orcs would live for twenty years in it, it would probably look better). Anyway, we told him that it's not fair to do something like this, he didn't care, and didn't make any concessions. We were pissed, and just left for another hotel, ending up partying in the atm box until Taj Mahal was opened). Hate these kind of managers, help he would be fired by his superiors. 09413859234 It was on the Ninth of January - 09.01.2014, superiors, please fire that person, he is making your hotel look very bad.

The worst hotel in Agra !!! The worst hotel in Agra !!!

by Adimohan on December 31, 2013

(TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING TO VISIT AGRA & PARTICULARLY STAY IN "HOTEL ADITYA PALACE") Hi Everyone,..I m a final year Computer Engineering Student, a native of Kerala, residing in Gujarat, with my family settled here for the past 30 years. What i want to say is that I m jzt bck from a trip to Agra with my family, & unfortunately we had booked our rooms & stay in this hotel. When we reachd the hotel, to our shock we found out that the place stinks of garbage & the open sewerage that runs in front of the hotel. The rooms are very untidy, unkempt & suffocating. The washroom has an open ventilator which is nt suitable for usage by women & girls. The washroom has leaking pipes, rusty taps & even the Geyser does not work at all !! The service of the hotel staff & its Manager is completely bad !! Even after our repeated complaints, the servive remained utter hopeless !! Ohh and the food there is simply nauseatic !! Stale & undercooked food is served here. Moreover there are very frequent power-cuts in the hotel, which renders it completely useless. To our horror, we also had to experience first-hand the "Gunda-gardi" of the Manager. He took "revenge" of our constant nagging about their bad service by dropping us off in mid-way. In short, PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS !!!
