It's was not at all worth the price. First they checked us into a smelly room, after talking at the front desk they changed it, which was reasonably ok, but ofcourse not upto our expectations. We had dinner there with big rats running around. Self and kids were so afraid. The staff service is good, they are kind. Breakfast was also very very average. Over all I would not recommend to stay there,even for one night, that's my personnel experience, no hard feelings.

While checking-in we were kept waiting for around 20 mins as there was a big group checking in. Then they finally called me to the reception desk and told me that they are giving me a pool facing room, which was as per my liking. The way to the room (in a different section of the hotel) was very shady with broken tiles and more of a service lift. We entered into a room on the 2nd floor with orange coloured wall. The overall ambience was so shady that we could not stand it for 10 mins, so we decided to call the reception and asked for an upgraded room as we were ready to pay extra amount to be out of that room. Then we again went to the reception and contacted the duty manager. Was a nice guy and after hearing our plight, gave us another room in the newer block. The new room was good, wooden flooring and much more spacious than the previous one. The overall service was nice and hotel staff was quite courteous. But I would still say the hotel qualifies for a good 4 star hotel and not a 5 star.

The location of the hotel is in a remote area, the staff behaviour was excelllent, Overall it was a good stay at the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my freinds for future booking.

6 of us are booked to stay in your Hotel in 3 rooms in mid February. Decided to look at the reviews today and am gobsmacked that there is only wifi available in the lobby and apparently the reception is not great!!! This would definitely be a bone of contention for all of us as we rely on wifi a lot. Not sure what the charges are to use in the room, but if we knew this in advance, we would NOT have booked into this hotel when apparently other hotels nearby allow use of wifi everywhere in hotel. This is an absolute disgrace in 2018. Not looking forward to our stay.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The rooms are very comfy and are very clean. Staff very helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast is excellent and so is the rooftop restaurant. The leisure room was pleasant (air hockey and table tennis) but it needs renovation. It's a good choice in Agra! NB There again, pool not heated in the winter. Too bad!

The staff were all helpful, from the doorman, reception, restaurant and porters. Food was very delicious and lots to choose from. Room very nice cosy and comfortable. Lots of small shops situated within the hotel where I was able to purchase gifts at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

It was really nice visit in Clarks hotel.. I will really like to give them good hotel category but the staff was really very rude. They did not greet us nicely. We had reached there after a long journey that way my friends clothe get dirty the person who was standing at the gate he didn't interested to help us even the other staff also not happy to see us in hotel.... They have good room with basic amenities even their restaurant is good.service is just average but with smiling face...

The property is located at a decent location and is near the Taj Mahal. One can step out, call for a cab and be in the market within a few minutes. The lobby is tastefully done and reflects the warmth of the hotel management. The staff at the reception are courteous and helpful and it didn't take much time to check in. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The extra bed asked for the small child could not fit in properly and was a little bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay.
