I booked this hotel through one of my local friend.....they charged Rs.800/Night,I stayed hardly few hours less than 5 hours, hotel has provided room, that room was very bad,wetty,smelly bedsheets,quilt,pillow cover etc., that room charges was around not more than 250/day,hotel staff is very rude, unprofessional,as said hotel manager is very untrained & unprofessional,rude.......actually hotel has no professional management for good hospitality......the only good thing is hotel is location, very near to agra cantt rly station, idgah bus stand

It was a very poor hotel, its rooms were not clean when we went to it, it did not had a good maintainaince the TVs were not working, its food menu was very overpriced and it was like a terrible hotel with a very poor service....My suggestion is that to improve your maintenance and service.

having put up wrong locations on online booking sites, I unnecessarily had to walk back and forth like an idiot getting conflicting directions, and accosted continuously by rickshaw cons and feral dogs. finally upon arrival the homeless looking unkempt reception people, sleeping on the floor and sofa, informed me there are no rooms available, despite my explaining that I have had an online reservation and they have a record on their online system. Seemingly not able to comprehend this matter they insisted I present a "printed voucher", which supposedly being a confirmation, was unretrievable on my phone having no internet. I ended up leaving. So this property is highly unadvisable.

I was charged 1250 rupee on coming into the hotel, to find that online you can book for 700 rupee, I was charged for a super deluxe room, but was gven a basic double room. Upon arrving in the room, it was swarming with mosquitos, there are no windows! I woke up to find oil patches on the bed, and on the side i was not sleeping on, I felt all dirty. I asked about the price and he said 'its not fair price' to charge 700 rupee. Oh and the toilet seat is loose, which made me slip and fall off the toilet. The light suddenly cut off on me with minutes of arriving in the room, so i told the concierge, and a man came to fix the light then asked me for a tip for fixing the light! The good thing was is they let me print out a coach ticket, so I gave them a poor review instead of a terrible review. I wouldn't reccomend this place to any westerners coming to agra. Find somewhere else.
