Our stay was not very long as we arrived in morning and left at night to catch the train. We find the hotel is value for money and serve my purposes. We booked AC room and AC was working fine and room was neat and clean.

Don't stay even if it's the last place available! Don't stay even if it's the last place available!

This place deserves no star, they should not even be licensed to run a hotel. We went here this month (June 2014) and had the worst experience. The rooms we were shown did not seem up to the mark but we had less time left and settled for this place, being near Idgah bus depot and Agra Cannt station. They promised us they'd clean the rooms but when we went up the rooms were filthy. We made them remove the carpet and there was a kilo of dirt under. Filthy bathroom, Filthy buckets, leaky roof, damp, peeling walls. see the photos. They gave one towel for 3 people after asking repeatedly. After much argument, they gave us different rooms. These were at least not stinking, but the sheets were stained and cleverly tucked under a blanket to hide that. The height was that it rained in the night, and in the morning the whole corridor and the room next to us was flooded. These people had put TOWELS and sheets on the floor to soak the water. The same ones they'd be giving to their guests. See the photos. After all this they had the cheek to add extra charges as luxury tax to the already undeserved amount we had agreed upon. After receiving that they went on to say that we ordered refreshments in the room, and asked for more money. This we trashed and left this garbage heap, utterly dissatisfied and angry. Don't go to this place in any season ever! In fact, avoid staying in Agra at all. For every shop, restaurant, every place we went here, we got substandard things and service. Reach early, see Fatehpur Sikri and Taj, and get the hell out of this town.

We booked 4 rooms and as we stepped into one of the rooms, we noticed water on the floor. After some close inspection, we found that there is water seepage on the roof. The bathrooms are very small and dirty. The hotel is full of mosquitos and reception does not have any mosquito repellent for the guests.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs

As a well travelled couple this is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. Being new to India we lobbed in here and even though the rooms were dirty we figured it would do for a night. It was disgusting. The beds were filthy, we bought a sheet from a shop near by and used our towels for blankets, the bathroom and toilet was so bad we chose not to use it and we were not game to try the restaurant. We had a cold sleepless night here and as soon as the sun was up we checked out and found a better hotel. We would never return.

as a regular visitor to agra, most of my experiences are good. this was an exception. the rooms were literally dirty. i dont see how they can even call those rooms ready to be given to guests. the staff dared to enter the room without knocking. as mentioned in other reviews, only time they were polite was at the time of tips.
