The manager of the hotel is nice and friendly, and will help if needed (he speaks english). Rooms are basic but clean and you'll get a a clean bed sheet if you ask for :-) Breakfast included, the restaurant is ok (PS: French fries are good).

I Went to Agra on 16 th June Night, Auto Driver put me in this Hotel for Commission. 1 st they alloted me 1 Room, but fan was not working, no coolers in the room, They shifted me to 2 nd room, but t.v. not working, shifted to another room phone not working, I used to walk reception from 3 rd floor, The counter man was not available on counter he was talking to some ladies might be his family members Out side the Hotel I called him, he came to 1 minute and again went to talk with them.I talked to the waiter who was at counter in his absence. He told me that some other people also staying in our hotel but they are not complaining only your are complaining. I request the viewers that dont think to go in this hotel, better to go in Central Jail. Rooms are Horrible, service is terrible, Staff is so rude always looking for commissions.they never co-operated me even I told them that I also works in Hotel Industry.
