We booked 1 Non AC room for two days stay at this hotel and paid full amount at the time of booking. We reached Agra from Hyderabad by AP express in the morning around 5:30 am. We took an auto rikshaw which dropped us at the hotel at around 6:15 am. At the time of checking the front desk informed us that we need to pay Rs 700/- extra since the check-in time was 12:00 noon. Our check-out time was also t 5:00 am two days later. In spite of our request of not charging the extra amount they didn't agree. We had to shell out the extra money. Even in the morning 6:30 am the room was very hot and there was no window for ventilation and the room was very stuffy. We asked for AC which was promptly switched on. We were later informed that we had to pay Rs. 1000/- extra for the AC. The first night itself the AC was switched of for most of the night. We could not sleep properly throughout the night. We were later informed that this was due to load shedding. Intercom: The intercom was not working and for every small thing we had to call a mobile number to ask for basic services like water etc. This caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay. Food: Food was exorbitantly priced. The average cost of lunch/dinner was ~ Rs300-400 for non-veg food (including ~20 % additional service charge and VAT). Room: The rooms were neat and clean but the being located in the first floor (top floor) made them very hot and one couldn't stay without an AC. The hotel owners are definitely aware of this fact and still they advertise non-AC rooms at a lower price and then ask the guest to shell out extra money when asked for AC. I think this is cheating the customer! The rooms are small and doesn't have any furniture for sitting. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Although it bit far from city,it is good budget hotel. The rooms are very cleaned and staffs are very co-operative. The bathroom was very cleaned with shampoos, soaps etc. This hotel is definitely recommended. There were some mosquitos inside the room. The TV was not working and we were so tired that we could not call room service.

Hi, My experience was par excellence. The hotel was located near to the Taj Mahal. The complimentary breakfast was more than what i expected. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter was very ill when we arrived at the hotel. Ms. Sabha from the front desk was very helpful. The staff helped me get my daughter some help with assisting me with the purchase of medication from the pharmacy. The hotel staff also helped me with transportation from Agra to Delhi. I was very pleased with my staff and if i visit Agra again, i am sure to stay at Panna Paradise again. I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a hotel that is reasonable, clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay. Once again thank you Travel guru. Janet Fernandes

When I called the hotel prior to checkin they had no clue or information of my booking in their hotel, only when I gave the txn id they could search it. Also the complimentary (e.g Taj pass, mineral water etc.) were given on request only. Overall a good hotel to stay in to have a nice view of Taj and around it.

This hotel, they say, is relatively new. Front desk staff (a girl, whom I saw only on the day I checked in) was prompt and efficient. I checked in at around 2pm. Room was good. But toilet cleanliness certainly needs lots of improvement. I saw at least about 20 foreigners in the hotel. Unfortunately, they may have carried a bad memories regarding this hotel since in my opinion, if cleanliness is not excellent, tourists will not feel good about the hotel and thereby carry bad memories. Next day when I checked out, there was also a problem about my bill. I had to pay for food stuff and they had billed me Rs. 250 more. I had to argue for ten minutes and ultimately they accepted only because that particular bill did not have my signature. I asked for hotel manager on the day I checked in but he did not show his face. I was told that he will see me in the morning at 8 am the next day. I checked out at 8.30 but he did not show up. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.
